Service Description
A lash enhancement is a subtle, semi-permanent treatment that defines your natural lash line by placing pigment between the lashes. The result is fuller looking, more defined lashes without the look of traditional eyeliner. Please note: two appointments are included in the price - the initial treatment and a top-up appointment. How long it lasts: Results typically last 12-24 months, depending on your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare. A top-up is usually recommended 6-8 weeks after your first treatment to perfect the result, with yearly maintenance appointments to keep it fresh. Healing time: Healing is generally straightforward and takes about 5-10 days. You may experience slight redness, mild swelling or sensitivity for the first 24-48 hours. The colour will appear darker initially, then soften as the skin heals. Full results are visible after around 6-8 weeks. Downtime: Minimal! Most people return to normal activities the same day, with a few aftercare precautions (such as keeping the area dry and avoiding eye makeup for several days).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that occasionally plans may change; however, to ensure fairness to all clients and to protect my business time, the following policy applies: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. This fee must be settled before any future bookings can be made. All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and cover the time reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least one week’s notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking. Transferred deposits must be used within one month of the original appointment date. After this time, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and work.
