Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. However, please note that appointments cancelled 24 hours or less before your scheduled time, or missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least one week’s notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking.

Please note that transferred deposits must be used within one month of the original appointment date.
