Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. I understand that occasionally plans may change; however, to ensure fairness to all clients and to protect my business time, the following policy applies: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. This fee must be settled before any future bookings can be made. All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and cover the time reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least one week’s notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking. Transferred deposits must be used within one month of the original appointment date. After this time, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and respect for my time and work.
